The £50 Challenge:

In order to help Salterns achieve the ambitious target of raising £10,000 for Children in Need in its 10th 24 hour sail, the club has set each family the challenge of raising £50 or more between them.

As Salterns comprises around 160 families, if each family raises £50 or more in sponsorship, we would already be well over the £8,000 mark... and only a relatively small sum away from our grand target.

Sponsorship forms have already been sent out to the membership, and for people who have filled up more than one you can download them here

When you have sent in your sponsorshop money your name will be put into the £50 challenge draw and the first three names to be drawn out of the hat will win a trip on a yacht for their family. The draw will take place at the Salterns opening weekend in the spring of 2009
