We would like to thank everyone who supported the SSC 24hr Sail 2008 and made it such a fantastic event. If you would like to share your memories of the event for future generations please head over to sscoldsalts.co.uk where you can record them alongside other past and present club members.

The Coastguard have provisionally promised a helicopter flypast for some point during the day on the Saturday (15th November) of the 24 hour sail, provided that they don't receive too many call outs.Members of the Coastguard will be visiting Salterns at 9.30am on the Saturday to give a talk and demonstration, and bring some goodies! Everyone is very welcome to come down and take part in this. The RNLI will also be visiting on the Saturday, at 11.30am, to talk to sailors and parents about Safety at Sea.
